Klediq Shipping Policy

1. Processing & Shipping
We strive to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 3:00 PM on a business day are usually processed the same day. During busy periods, processing time may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

  • International Shipping: 5-10 business days

Delivery time may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping within the Netherlands: Free

  • Express shipping within the Netherlands: Free

  • International shipping: Free

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages
Klediq is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. In case of an issue, please contact the carrier. If you need additional assistance, contact our customer service.

6. Address Changes & Errors
Always check that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered packages due to an incorrectly provided address.
